The story

It started in 2019 with a conversation. A friend mentioned custom skins in Fortnite. I was 16, and that conversation turned into a game modification platform I built from scratch.

By 2021 it had spread to CS2, Valorant and other titles, with a community growing around it and code shipping daily. In 2022 I finished school and went all in: rebuilt the platform on React and Next.js, hired a support team and took payment processing in-house.

I sold the company in 2025. What I learned there about Windows internals went straight into Frozen Tweaks.

What I built

A desktop client

Started in C# and moved to C++ as the client grew.

Its own launcher

One launcher across the supported games, with purchases delivered instantly.

Backend and payments

Our own backend infrastructure, and from 2022 payment processing taken in-house.

A support team

Hired support for a user base in the millions, alongside daily releases.
