Case study
Frozen Tweaks
A native Windows app that tunes the operating system for competitive games, and never touches the game itself.

The problem
Input delay is a chain of small waits between a click and the screen. Several of them sit in Windows and the GPU driver, where the defaults favour background features over steady frame times.
Frozen Tweaks works on exactly those, from outside the game. It changes Windows, driver, power and network settings. It never injects code, never reads or writes game memory and never edits game files, which is why anti-cheat has nothing to object to.
What I built
177 tweaks, all listed publicly
Ten categories, from GPU and power to network and debloat. 58 are free with no time limit, and every one can be read on the site before installing.
Undo by design
Every free tweak has an undo switch. The one-click run creates a restore point and verifies it before changing anything. No restore point, no run.
Game profiles and Frozen AI
The Fortnite and Valorant profiles switch on 19 and 17 system tweaks at once. Frozen AI raises the running game's priority, holds background apps back, and puts everything back when you leave the game.
A small, signed native app
Written in C++. The installer is 6.4 MB, EV code-signed, and its SHA-256 hash is published next to the download.
